In the footsteps of Dingaan...

Every time I fly to Jburg I stare from the plane window down to the green hills where zulu warriors roamed and where whiteman feared to wander....that all changed today, The Durban to Zini ride fell through so I commanded up a couple of richard bay and empangeni guys to join me. We started in Nzeleni and worked our way over hills, valleys and  rivers. 320km for the day, here are some pics.

The little suzuki 650 was watercooled for about 5 sec.......
there were actually 2 crossings, the first one is behind the island seen on the photo.

the morning we came across a dry river bed...the afternoon we had to cross a flowing one......KZN caters for all aspects of adventure riding.
