I find it very strange that a company like Outsurance is suddenly asking clients about their
cellphone usage and stipulating it on their policies.
They are not making the note under the general section of the policy, but specifically under
the motor section.

Maybe I'm a pessimist, but I dont trust it and I get the feeling that when there is a vehicle accident
claim, they are going to use this info possibly against the insured.
If they can prove you were on the phone on the exact time of the claim, they are going to get technical........
Why would they ask for this info, if they are not planning to use it ? atch:

still this feel like walking into a trap....
