International parts order doesnt arrive complete, what should i do???

good day,

i ordered a gear lever from germany a month ago,
recieved the card at the post office stating the package can be collected,
pay 77bucks import duties and tax, and the package only contains an A4 magazine,no gearlever.
all `n all it cost me 700bucks.. what should/can i do?
i have mailed the shop in germany, awaiting feedback.

i did however have it sent via DHL germany, (insured)

please lemme know.. i dont wanna bl1ksem 700bucks into the water.
