Italjet front forks or simular needed --please!

My youngest was given an old Italjet 50cc offroad. We eventually got it going, but the front forks are completed "seized" up.
Long shot I know, bud do you perhaps have  such a bike lying around or maybe know of a fork set with front wheel and brakes that will be available to us?
