KLR 08 cutting out

My Boet`s 08 KLR cuts out after 20km,motor turns over but do not start, playing with the main switch button(red one) the bike fires up and goes for a while then the same again. Fuel supply is fine, can it be the neutral switch? Any other suggestions?
