I had bad seals on my rear brake calliper, after replacing the seals i am stuck with the consequence of those bad seals, the rear rotor is badly worn down dew to the brake pad rubbing on them the whole time and not retracting as they should. this problem is fixed now. The 5mm rotor is now at about 3 mm give or take, more take i guess and the thresh hold is 4.5mm. So i am play on "Avbob Stoep" the last thing i want is for the rotor to shatter or warp to the point the rear wheel locks up.
So this is the questions :
1 can any body suggest a person that can cut rear rotor for me from scratch.
2 does anybody have a rear klr 2008 Rotor that they took of the bike and i can borrow to use as a template to get the rotor cut, i will put holding deposit down, a DNA sample with my Id book
I only ride a bike and don't own a cage ( trying to avoid owing one until i absolutely have to buy one ) so i have to be bike less for at least a week, if i get some one to cut it and use my rotor as a template.
