A Friend and recent KLR owner (Well done David!!!) is making some raising links for the 2008 - 2009 KLR's
This was an amazing improvement to my bike as it firms up the too soft rear suspension and stops it from bottoming out, Also a must for anyone that pillions often.
Still waiting for the final price but expect them to cost around R150 for the set.
Now for the MAGIC part, Your old stock links are the right size to be raising links on the pre 2008 KLR's
So you can sell your stock links to the pre 2008 KLR owners for half of what you pay for the new ones. Slim Ne!
And trust me you will never go back to your stock links once you do the upgrade!
More info when I get it but post here if you are interested
