KLR 650 flasher unit

Hi Guys

I recently removed my luggage racks as I went with a different luggage option. The problem now is that the standard flickers are not protected anymore. I want to replace them flush mount LED flickers at the back. After much research it looks like I have 2 options:
1) Add resistor in parallel
2) Replace the flasher relay

Where in SA can I buy a flasher unit that will work with a combination of normal and LED lights in the circuit? Found this one on the web: https://www.customled.com/products/flasher_relay/flasher_relay.htm

If I cannot find a flasher relay what size resistor do I use?
