Forgive me if this has been covered before - did a quick search but could not find anyting ...
The KLR came back from a ride with the comment that it had used quite a lot of oil - sent it into Kawasaki and they replaced a clutch gasket. However on our Swaziland trip it still seemed to have an oil leak though it did not use much oil - SO sent it back to Kawasaki all nice and dirty so they could see I was not smoking my socks anyway they could not find anything so cleaned the bike and "put it on the bench to run hot" and discovered that the engine casing has a hairline crack ...
Anyone had this problem or any idea how it could have happend?
