Race Dog
My partner and myself, (business partner not life partner) are reasonably short and have a problem with the height of a KLR, tip toeing in reverse, putting a foot down on uneven terrain etc, and not wanting to lower the bike decided to lower the seat a bit.
We first tried sourcing a foam that we could replace the current seat with, but they are all to soft and offer no support, next step was to cut away a bit of the original seat and have it recovered.
This would appear to work , Now I can get my feet on the ground.
Has anybody else tried this?
