:ricky: Well i`have been looking at a sidecar as an option for a while now.
The GS was getting a bit heavy for me and that is now standing in the new owners garage. :'(
I will miss it but there is life beyond BMWee

I was not looking for a new touring bike as the touring and outrides came to a halt because of my wife`s back an hip problems and I was not going to be selfish .
I saw this KLR on the forum for sale thread and it connected with me, partly because I had one in a previous life and partly because I thought it was well priced.
At this stage I had no idea what was coming. Thought I would clean it up and see if I can make a buck or two off it :deal:
Well what happens next is beyond me, like I said to Turdie, my stars must be lining up or something.
Then today this side car comes up on the for sale section.
For a change i`m on it quick enough before these bunch of hungry wild-dogs gets to iteepwall:
So now it looks like we will be riding together again, my wife and me. She luvs bike riding, had her first accident at 13 on the back of a fiftie and was in a coma for 3 weeks
Lots have happened today-in the process of tying up the 2 deals and organizing a courier etc.
I first thought a courier would be the most economical way to get the KLR here to PE, but now with the side car in the picture it looks like I may take a ride up to GP to fetch our new project . :3some:
