Howzit guys,

Was just wondering on the fuel consumption, I did a search on it and seems you guys all get around 18 to 23km per litre, for some reason I'm battling to get any more than 12km/litre 220km then I hit reserve, been like this since I bought the bike 4 months ago

I have checked the choke and thats working fine and cleaned the air filter.

I ride quite hard in town but mostly on the freeways doing +- 120 at 5000rpm bike has a 16t front sprocket, but the bike also spends a couple days a week parked outside under a bike cover in the sun, can the petrol evaporate that much? like 4 litres in a day or two?

Specs as follows

2005 Fugly
22k on the clocks
I'm 6ft and weigh in at around 105kg
Bike also has a Givi box - Soon to be replaced with ammo box paniers, still looking at mounting options will probably screw my petrol consumption up a little more

Taking it to Doc on friday for a rejet and carb settings but I cannot imagine that its that far out as bike runs perfectly?

Any ideas
