bare with me whilst i explain all thats happened:
last month the company driver knocked over my KLR, he broke the mirror, bent the gear lever, broke the back left indicator and bent the handle bars.
the only lights that worked after that was the front left indicator, so i checked the fuses and the 10 amp one had blown.
This month i got round to replacing the fuse, but the bike would not start. the battery was dead, probably dude to a short from the broken idicator light.
so yesterday i went for a ride to charge up the battery, probably rode for about 10 odd km's. after a about 1 or 2 km i noticed that the lights and indicators all worked again (except the broken back left one, and the front left does not flash), i take it that at this point the battery was starting to charge.
But when i got home, the "nutrual" light is still very dim and when i tried to re start it, the starter motor would not even make a noice. silence.
Are there any other fuses that i should know about? or do i need to charge the battery some more and then it will turn the starter?
thanks guys.
