KLR650: What to have in kit - Tools, Spares and fixem-ups

So after Subies post https://wilddog.net.za/forum/index.php?topic=117076.0 I have been sitting here this morning and thinking What we need as KLR riders. The list is just off the top of my head so feel free to add as I am sure I have missed out on many.
Note: this is for general out rides and not touring through Africa

Spares:
2nd air filter, already oiled, in a bag
17 and 21 inch tubes
Tube patches
Fuses (can someone add the specs please)
Spark plug

General:
Small Chain lube
Electrical tape
Duct Tape
Cable ties
Pratley Steel
Sunlight Liquid

Tools
2 short tire irons (1 long optional)
Sockets: 10, 8, 5 mm sockets with 1/4 inch socket wrench and an extension
Spanners: 24, 22, 19, 17, 14, 12, 10 mm
Screw Drivers: Phillips
Allen Keys: 6 mm
Multi-Tool (Must have Pliers)
Compressor
CO2 Bombs
Spark plug socket I need one, size (18 mm?) and where to purchase please
Spark plug gapping too
