i bought myself a pair of thor force knee guards the other day.
i've used them on two rides so far, but they are not comfortable while sitting in the riding position.
the problem is my long legs!
i'm 6ft3 and when sitting on the XR my legs need to bend more than what the knee guards are designed to in order to get my feet onto the pegs. this causes the guards to chafe and cut off circulation behind my knees.
the only way i can think of getting around it is to loosen the top straps, but then the knee guard will be loose while standing. ???
what knee guards do you other tall dog's ride with and is there anyway to make them fit more comfortably? :-\
i've tried long socks under them but they still chafe and are hellish uncomfortable while sitting... while standing i don't even notice i'm wearing them.
