Being on the tall(er) side, decided to check out some risers for the scoot when standing up.
Iâ??m not too keen on the KTM product, only 18mm.
found this on adv riders forum ('bout 55mm):
I've then send the pic to the engineering guys for a quote:
- machined from one block aircraft alu
- nice designed, and smoother
- 35mm in height
- 15 degrees - same angle/position as current handlebar
- cost R 1250 (vat incl).
KTM risers cost +- R 350
The engineering firm will sharpen the pencil if they can do quantities on these.
Anyone keen??
