KTM 950 adventure S or 990 adventure S

Hey guys I am about to by a 950 Adventure S or a 990 Adventure S.
But am undecided which route to go.
I like the 950 because I can pull the carbs apart in the middle of nowhere and sort them out if there is a problem. It also has a bypass for lower octane fuel. I am a bit worried about the EFI on the 990 because if soemthing goes tits up will I be able to sort it out ? does tehg 990 also have a bypass for lower octane fuel?
What are your thoughts ?
