KTM 990 Rear brake pads

My 990`s rear brake pads are gone ,phoned KTM dealer and they reckon the only pads they have that fit are R760  ,anyone here fitted any other pads ,that i won`t have to take out a loan at the bank for ,also how difficult is it to fit them ?
