Apparently this is a commen occurrence, right hand mirror snapping of when you run out of talent.
Well it happened to me today while trying to ride up a 10m high dune...luckily nothing else broke.
I'm not sure if this fix will work on all snapped off mirrors, maybe I was just lucky that I managed to fix it.
1 and 2. The problem
3. Drill a 6mm hole through the snapped off bush
4. Drill a 4.5mm hole into the side of the reservoir, measure carefully not to drill right trough the sidewall.
5. Tap the hole with a 6mm tap
6. Use a 6mm bolt to clamp the broke off bush to the reservoir.
7. It may be necessary to shorten the tread on the mirror attachment.
8. Fixed.
