A GREAT thanks to the Kitchen Ladies, who really treated us this weekend.  Friday night they baked like bread puff things, and Saturday night they baked Chocolate cup cakes. YUMMY

Dit is glad nie fun om bike af trek van die pad (gepaste spot moet natuurlik gesoek word eers ver uit sig uit) af nie.....helmet en al jou kit uit te trek....en jou brein het nou klaar vir jou rektum begin se hy kan maar begin ontspan ne.....toilet paper te soek wat onder in die sak weggesteek is en met verskeie toue en rekke vasgemaak is natuurlik....te begin hardloop na 'n bos toe en in die hardloop jou broek begin losmaak....en dan hoop jy skeit nie binne in jou broek wat los hang(knee braces en bike boots verhoed 'n veilige afstand) of op jou hakskene nie......paar keer per dag.  ottytrain5: ottytrain4:

Nee etter....my senuwees was meer gedaan as my maag.........

Om dit die ergste van alles te maak.....die toilet papier...was in my badkamer sakkie....en my deodorant het alles leeg gespuit in die sakkie(proppie af gekom) in...so die toiletpapier......was papnat vol Brut...dit het letterlik "kak" lekker geruik......maar my poephol het gelyk en gevoel soos die Japanese vlag.
