Yea...I still dont have my license and not because of my fault (Have had 5 cancelations to date from traffic department's just before doing practical)...so please dont tell me to just go and get it...
Can someone please tell me if I can enter Namibia on a learners?
I read an old thread which said its fine, would just like to confirm?
Also, how attentive are they in general on this, as in will my wife be fine in the bakkie at the border post in her riding kit...?
