I recently purchased one of their products but found that it did not fit over my adventure jacket so i took it into them to see if they could sort it out. They were extremely helpful and after many adjustments including fittings not supplied standard in the box it fitted quite nicely. They do have extra size fittings, pins etc to adapt for difficult size people like myself ;D
