LF - Trax sidepannier Bobbin

I was fooling around with the bolt and forgot to tighten the lock nut and lost one of the bobbins for the side panniers, is there anyone that has one laying around I dont need a complete set ---just the one--, I wanted to backyard fix it with washers but it does not look good ..
Please help me here for stupidity=1
