Licencing alternative venues

Hi again fellow WDs.

I need/want to do my license ASAP. Problem is... I cannot get a booking. Traffic department says they are full for the year... only do one day of testing per month... and does not take bookings for next year.

I live in the Somerset West Strand area, has property in Overstrand Municipality and work in Kuilsriver and often in Durban.

Question to those in the know: Can I go to another test station for the license or do I just wait and hope... and ride with my pillion illegally?
