Now why can someone as clever as certain Welsh persons - whose names we wont mention here, not invent something like this for us? Would make im verrry rich, AND he would be COOL O0
Ok you need a machine to drive it, but are you not riding a machine - or would it rob too much power? Could you not switch it on when you want cool and off when you want power?
Some time ago we looked at dry ice as a method of cooling - surely one can cycle chilled air kept in a small canister, through a suit using ram air?
Or am I talking total hoggswoggle?
