Looking for a cheap-ass commuter for staff

We are investigating getting those real cheap-ass chinese or indian commuters for some of our workers

One option are those Hero Puch AG bike that were posted a while back - Looks like they are supplied by Cape Mowers

There was also a motorised bicycle posted here a while back but I cannot find the link - can anyone find it
(and yes..... ot: :deal: - I did use the search function)
