M&M: Difference between soft copy & dealer's hard copy

Hi all,

Can someone please tell me why there is a difference between the soft copy (see sticky thread) and the dealers' hard copy of the M&M tables of trade- and retail prices.

For eg.: 2006 F650 Dakar, Heated grips & ABS - soft copy: upper retail R56K
            2006 F650 Dakar, Heated grips & ABS - Bavarian Motorcycles' salesman's M&M  copy: upper retail R60K+

Is it maybe because the soft copy is not updated?
