My 2009 has the stand with that curved bottom part. It just seems so big....and when on the stand it's a mission to rotate the front wheel as either the COG is forward biased and/or the bike simply doesn't rock easily on the stand.
The newer models have a more conventional looking stand....does anyone know if the newer stands will fit my old 2009 model?
Also....why do guys remove the stands? Simply for weight loss and to make the bike more 'tidy'?
