Following my previous tread, I have decided to make my own bags.  :eek7:
I will be posting some photos as a step by step, should anyone want to steal my idea, should it work.

The reason:

There are some very good options for the Trax panniers (Thx Adventurer and ChrisL)  but unfortunately no suitcase like option that are the exact size of the BMW panniers. :(
I don't want washing type bags that can be squashed to fit in, the idea is to have a proper suitcase with zip that can be taken out and that fits snugly into the panniers.

So far I have bought 4m * PVC 550micron sheeting (pool cover) and 3 * 1.2 heavy duty zips = R390.00 (for 2 panniers & top box)

Will keep you updated as I go along :mwink:
