Hi All
I am thinking about riding to Matroosberg on Saturday to go play in the snow. I am really keen to ride up the 4x4 track on the Matroosberg nature reserve. After the weather that we have had here in Cape Town, there will definetely still be plenty of snow at the top. I have a few questions though:
1) Has anyone here done it? I need a few tips please ???
2) What are the major risks involved when riding in snow? Other that the fact that its gonna be kak slippery. Will the bike (BMW Dakar) have any problems with the cold conditions?
3) Currently I have 50:50 tyres on that are quite worn. Would i be able to ride in snow with these or would i require serious knoblies?
4) Anyone wanna join me? :ricky:
