Last year the guys from East London, King, Fort Beaufort and Kirkwood did a ride to Middelton. There we had a great time and slept over. The next day we met the PE guys and did a short outride.
It is time to have another one this year. The sleepover will also be at Middelton.
The date set is for the 14th to the 15th Feb 2015.
The plan is very simple.
We all do our rides on the Saturday to Middelton where we will have a get together and sleep over. The next day, who ever wants to, we have a ride together up to a certian point.
If you want to join and have a lekka time, add your name to the list. All welcome.
Please note, this is a casual outride and get together. Each one does his own booking and payments to the Hotel.
What has been confirmed so far.
Accommodation at Middelton:
Camping - R80-00 for your tent and R20-00 per person. (Can accommodate 180 people)
Rooms - R220-00 per person (Can accommodate 46 people)

The idea is to enjoy ourselves and to keep it as flexible as possible. Unfortunately, as we will be group riding, we need some rules for everyones safety.
- You are responsible for the rider behind you. Wait at turn-offs until he acknowledges that he has seen you, make sure he follows. Fetch him if you lose him.
- Do not pass on gravel.
- do not 'crowd' each other, especially in technical sections. Allow the other rider through, then you go.
- We make our own way on the open road and meet at way-points.
- We take it easy when we ride. There's no rush.
- There will be regular stops to update on the next part of the ride.
- Slight Roosting allowed !
- When we stop on the side of the road for a break, all pull over on the same side, as not to block the road for other traffic.
We want to encourage all to come along. Some parts of the routes might get tricky. We will help you or we might ask you to help us.
Add your name and lets have a jol.
Thanks
