In 2019 I met Pierre in Montagu .He had a base here for his travels.A year later ,I saw him again.He was stuck here because of Covid and his truck was in Holland.A frustrated man.
He asked me to go with him into Africa with a boda boda.My first reaction was" jy kan lekker gaan ...".But later ,I changed my mind and we started planning.
When the borders opened at last,the testing regulations stopped us again.At last the vaccination certs. opened the borders for us.We both bought 2nd hand Honda XR 125's .
So ons sakke is gepak en ons vertrek Maandag 6 Junie op n tog deur die Noordkaap,Botswana,Zambia,Malawi en Tanzania.Die plan is om van die bikes in Zanzibar ontslae te raak en dan terug te vlieg na SA.
