Hello Gents,
I dont really know much about this bike. I bought it together with a friend of mine, thinking that we would restore it and take it out to have an occasional foot up session, just for fun. That was 18months ago and since we have not found much time to tinker with it. I have started it twice.
Now its occupying valuable real estate in my garage and I'm thinking to get a little "learner" bike for my kids, so the Monty must go.
There is a ding in the fiberglass tank cover (right side, see pic). Definitely fork seals need to be replaced. There is an oil leak on the case... I think from the gearbox. The substance is good and would be a fun resto project for anyone that is knowledgeable and keen.
I'm looking for R17000 from a dog, but happy to negotiate on a firm cash offer. Best way to get hold of me is Oh eight 3 414 02 four 0ne.
