A private, no profitable museum founded by Francesco Ogliari through his love for all things transport.
When I first visited this place as a ten year old boy twenty-six years ago it filled my mind with wonderment and amazement of times gone by and it still invoked those same thoughts two weeks ago.
This little museum has a mixed collection of carriages, hats, posters, trams, trains, ski-lifts, motorcycles, automobiles to mention a few.
unfortunately after the founders death the museum is looking a little tired but still worth a visit if you are in this quiet and picturesque part of Northern Italy - Ranco, Lake Maggiore
