I do a 100km round trip on the N1 between pta and jhb everyday on my 1200GS, but dammmmm it's getting hot.
Wearing MX boots, BMW city pants and a nuclear cordura jacket with thor MX gloves I am sweating like a pig. Now the boots and the pants are not so bad, but have been thinking MX body armor with a mx jersey over it would be much cooler to replace the jacket with, but how much protection will it give in a off on the tar? Anyone every tried this?
