My 1150 GSA to be...

Hi guys, I just went to view a 1150 GSA that I am going to buy and figured that it needs 2 things: Handlebar raisers and an adjustable gear lever so I can ride with boots.
Can someone please direct me to where I can find these items and perhaps what price I can expect?
