I started in earnest to get this scoot running again properly.
The cylinder heads are off, the rear shock has gone to Neels van Niekerk for a service.
I have already serviced the forks and serviced the carbs.
Just going to reface the valves, seats and replace valve stem seals.
I going to have to remove the engine to do the valve timing properly as the frame is in the way. At 88 kg's this is quite a daunting prospect.
Waiting for a gasket set from abroad before continuing.
