Some piece of metal on my boot went through the pillion saddle when climbing on/off at some point, so after riding a few thousand k's with black duct tape over the hole I decided to recover the seat.
I first went to the leather shop as I wanted a nice piece of suede. Found a dark/deep navy blue piece & covered it myself (don't have a pic of this). But being leather, I couldn't get the pleats flat enough (I even tried ironing & steaming it).
Took it to an upholsterer to get it right but they couldn't & ended up covering it in a shitty blue (the only blue they had).
I wasn't happy about it & while passing another shop decided to buy a different piece of blue, when I got home & layed it on the bike it was too light!
So after placing enquiries on the forum, I was directed to Dinesh Auto Trimmers, & what a magic job he did! & VERY well priced!
