We are again planning for a trip to Namibia during the above period.
We will 1st attend the Nam bash and from there we will head up north with the furthest point at Aba Huab. As we did Nam in 2011, the route, this time, will be slightly different than the previous trip.
The route roughly.
After the bash at Ai Ais
Along the Orange river to Rosh Pinah
Luderitz
Seeheim (must still look at a different route than the previous one to Seeheim)
Remshoogte down the Gamsbergpass to Swakop/Henties
HENTIES TO THE RHINO CAMP IN THE UGAB RIVER UP DIVORCEPASS THROUGH DORRIS CRATER TO TWYFELFONTEIN.
We will be camping for 3-4 days at Aba Huab where we will explore that area, like the Burnt mountain, Organ pipes, Versteende woud and a lot more.
The route back is still to be planned, depending on time left.
I have about 21 days to do this, taking in consideration that I still need to visit family in Windhoek during this period.
Where I need help is the part that I highlighted, from Henties to the Rhino camp up Divorce pass to Twyfelfontein. I have done that stretch many moons ago with a 4X4. Who can give me any info on this, please.
