Need help with KLR replacement bolt kit?

Did the search and got nothing, where can someone buy the replacement high tensile bolts for the KLR, apparently it's a kitt. Or as an alternative is it not possible to just buy S/S bolts from a bolt and nut shop, where to get the sizes?

Lastly the where to get the Doo, from Lecap?
