Need help with Viper speedo / clocks. XR650R.

Does anybody knows who can help with servicing of a Viper speedo?  Or where to buy a new one.  Or maybe where can I buy the original clocks for a XR650R?  I do not want to buy new from Honda, as I don't think I can afford it.
