Was just wandering what the meaning of this word is ???
Negotiable ? Is it R500, R2000 or more likely 5% or 10% of the asking price.
To the buyer it may be more like :drif: 20% and to the seller 2% :xxbah:
Looking at some of the seller responses, there are a lot of Pats >
taking "negotiable" closer to the 20% :deal:
