New Helmet

I am in the market for a new dual purpose helmet as well as riding pants and boots(not MX) for myself and the wife. I am thinking of getting one of these helmets, BMW Enduro; Arai tourX3 or Airoh S4. Your comments and/or advise would be welcome if you ever had one of these helmets.
The Vixen boots looks good in the add what do you guys and gals think about them? Are they any good espesially for the wife.
Any advice regarding riding pants that provides fall protection as well as water resistance would be appreciated.
