New Tyres for KLR

I need to replace tyres on my KLR. I only got 5 500 km's on my first set - 40/60 Gravel vs. Tar.

Question:
1. What do I get?
2. Rear tyre size: 130/80 17 or 140/80 17?

The topic has probably been debated before, but I cannot find it on the forum. Any suggestions, much appreciated.
