So last weekend my son Sweisie on his slow blue Super Tenere complains that his back brake is feeling a bit like a sponge.
I press it down with my hand and tell him that to me it feels ok and because it is a blue bike, he does not need it in any case.  :imaposer:

But I know him and if he feels something is wrong on a bike or car, it usually is.

During the week he phones me and said that the back brake is now non existent, but if he pump the front brake, the back pick up a little. I said no problem, come by on the weekend and we will check it out.

So this morning we had to go to Shimwells to pick up the starter clutch for the youngest little XTZ125.
They were super nice and took the blue beast into the workshop.
10 minutes later he came back out with the bike.

FIXED !!!!!!!!!!  All it needed was to bleed it and get lots of air out of the system.

Now the question !

We did not do anything to the bike to introduce air into the braking system.
How did this air... and they said it was a lot of air... got into the system ?
Was it due to the extreme cold conditions we experienced the last couple of weeks ?
Was it sabotage ?

Please tell us how this happened.
