No Poweeerrrr- Choke? Pistons rings? Compression??

My bike does not seem to have any power at the moment. Feels almost like the choke is on but the the lever is closed. I had to replace the clutch cable last week as it had frayed but I think I've adjusted it correctly (per Clymer) manual. Thoughts on what it might be? I check the exhaust and although there's black dust its not oily. What are your thoughts on what it might be? Can the choke get caught? is it the piston rings?

Any help would be appreciated!
