"No you didn't, .....uhm sorry honey. Promise its the last Bike I buy for a long time, and did you see its an Africa Twin"

So I said while sipping my brandy and unloading the bike from my trailer. I didn't say anything further as I knew I would only open the gates of hell if I tried to explain. Hell even I know I am wrong for starting so many projects the last while.

Anyway, back to the bike...

The guy fell with the bike and the front end is messed up. But for the rest it seems ok. Obviously he didn't have insurance, so he let it go for what I consider to be a steal. Others may differ in opinion. You just cannot find them so easily anymore and guys want top dollar for their bikes. I agree with that. I have spent a lot on mine and know these bikes very well.

I have helped my 2 brother in law's, fix up their Twins, and this is the 4th one that I have owned so , I know them well enough to fix them.

The bike will get rally fairing and digital clocks. Forks seem ok, but I am still trying to source a  upside down front end to do a conversion.

I will need to prioritise on all the projects, so this one will be priority number 1.
