Hi Dogs.
I replaced my XT' R's oil and oil filter today and when I started the bike up after the oil change, there was a noise coming from the engine ???. I used Yamahalube 20W50 as bought from my local Yamaha dealer and a genuine Yamaha oil filter. It looked like the oil was very thick, and before the service there were no noises. My bike has 16300km on and is a 2006 model. I'm wondering if the oil could be the reason for the noise - being to thick.
Any ideas?
