Nolan X-Lite X-551 Shell size? Lining supplier?

I bought my Nolan X-Lite X-551 lid two years ago, and made the mistake of buying the Large that felt comfy instead of the Medium that seemed a little too tight. Over time the padding has compressed and the helmet is now too big for me. It's loose and the wind reaches my ears 

Does anyone know if the Large shell is the same size as the Medium? If so, where can I buy the size Medium lining? Anyone want to swap?
