Just under two years ago we started marketing the concept of a cheap range of functional soft luggage aimed at the adventure riding community.
Our concept was based on producing functional soft luggage items at a price that made the product accessible to virtually anyone.
I believe that to a large degree we have succeeded in that objective, having sold a couple of hundred bags to date, both of our standard range and custom items made to customer`s specs.
It is however important to stay in touch with one`s market and to this end I need feedback: ...I want to know what you like about the products and service you received...and more importantly, what you didn`t like or how you think they can be improved.
This post is just to get the ball rolling. As I type I have a million things I want to convey/ask about/get feedback on....
